Personalization
We are pleased to offer personalization on our medium (11 inch) sized toys. Simply enter the name, word or initials you would like printed on the toy. If you would like to have the name printed in a different language (other than English), you have two options:
- Type the name using the respective language font on your phone
- Once you place your order, send us an email atsupport@moditoys.com with your order # and a high resolution photo of the name written out by hand. Be sure to ensure it’s legible and written using a black sharpie.

- Custom/personalized toys are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and all sales are final the names are imprinted, not engraved/sewn with thread.

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
