Refund Policy

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. 

Please note, custom/personalized toys are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

When you’re ready to return or exchange, contact us at support@moditoys.com with:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping; pre-paid labels are not provided. We recommend tracking on all returns. Modi Toys is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.

​Once your item is received and inspected, your claim will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued within 7 - 14 business days.

Shipping will be refunded ONLY if the products being returned meet the following criteria:

  • product is defective 

  • product does not match the product description 

  • we have made an error in shipment by either shipping incomplete order or wrong product, and/or

  • we have been responsible, along with our shipping service, in an unreasonably long delay in delivery (typically considered to be 10 business days from the date of order) of the ordered product.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Carriers

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS carriers to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
