Operations Assistant - Full Time (Edison, NJ)

Job Responsibilities:

Fulfilling daily orders from across all platforms (ie: Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Macy’s, Target, Etsy)
Preparing shipping boxes, labels and manifests according to the order
Conducting inventory check as required
Assisting with logistics and customs for new shipments of stock
If the candidate has business development or sales skills, he/she can also be eligible for commission based work, in addition to base salary

Job Responsabilities

Work directly with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns across all stages of the marketing funnel
Study and implement trends on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube by developing videos and captions
Identify new content creators, influencers, and accounts to follow for potential collaborations

Answer customer emails and calls
Follow up with customer issues
Help manage wholesale accounts
